Breakfast is a meal most people neglect due to rush. They prefer to eat nothing or just grab a tea or coffee in the fret and fever of the day. Imagine you take your car out for a long drive without petrol. What would happen to your car? Your body machine is akin to a car. It might start using the reserved energy but would refuse to move ahead after a while. You might feel okay about your habit of missing breakfast; but, it turns out detrimental to your health in the long run. Here are a few major reasons why you should not skip breakfast.
