Incorporate these amazingly simple facial exercises to lose face fat.

Face fat appears as chubby cheeks, double chin, and undefined jawbone. You can do facial exercises anywhere, anytime while sitting, standing, watching TV, reading, cooking, working, or around people who won’t judge you for making weird faces.



1. No Leg Pulling but Lip Pulling

Lip pulling is a natural facelift. It brings out your jaw and cheekbones.

● Keep your head in a straight position.

● While pushing out your lower jaw, extend your lower lip as much as you can.

Avoid involving neck muscles.

● Wait for ten seconds and repeat 8 to 10 times.

Apparently, it sounds easy. Actually, it involves strenuous work by jaw and chin muscles.


2. Jaw Chewing: Chewing Without Gum

It is a simple exercise to get chiseled cheekbones and jawline. It helps in stretching facial muscles to keep them flexible and fit.

● Keep your head in a neutral position.

● With your mouth closed, make chewing movements involving your jawbones.

● Take deep breaths in between.

● Now, open your mouth and press the bottom of your teeth using the tip of your tongue.

● Wait for five seconds and breath out.

● Repeat about 8 to 10 times.

Believe it or not but the seemingly easiest exercise puts a lot of stress on your lower facial muscles.


3. Grimace for Fat Face

What about upper facial muscles? Can eyes help for losing face fat? Yes! The tightening of eyes helps to deal with the extra layer of fat on your cheeks.

● Close your eyes tight till you feel the involvement of cheek muscles.

● Sustain this position for 10 seconds and relax.

● Repeat the step about five times.

While tightening your eyes, you should feel your cheek muscles stressing upwards.


4. Chin Lifts for Double Chin

The fat layers between the lower chin and neck are one of the most problematic areas to target fat. A double chin spoils your looks, making your neck less prominent.

● Look up and hold.

● Pull your lips like you want to kiss the ceiling.

● Sustain the position for about 10 seconds.

● Repeat 8 to 10 times.

The exercise strengthens the throat and neck muscles and reduces neck fat.


5. Blow and Glow

The blowing air technique involves your overall facial muscles without targeting any specific side. It helps to define and tone the entire face.

● Sit on a chair while keeping your back straight.

● Look up at the ceiling, breath in, pull your lips to make an O shape.

● Breath out gradually as you are blowing a candle.

● Wait for 10 seconds and repeat about 8 to 10 times.

The exercise is effective for a facelift.
